As soon as a pimple starts to form, I stick one sticker on at night (sometimes even during the day, if I want to avoid scratching the pimple). In the morning, the pimple is noticeably smaller. It sticks well (I don't look for a sticker in the duvet in the morning 😆). I can only recommend it. There are two sheets of 15 pieces in the package (I managed to use up the red ones).
