The pads are a little more active (pha) so you have to be careful not to use them twice a day, if you have sensitive skin, they dry out a little. But if you are moderate in your use, once a day or every other day in combination with oil or cica toner pads, you will be very satisfied. My recommendation, but I repeat, do not use too often and after use, be sure to first use a nourishing toner like Tony moly wonder ceramide which will restore moisture to the skin.
